Excellent communication and service

We stayed for two months over Feb/Mar 2024 in this beautiful, well kept condo. Everything was exactly as advertised. The owner is the best we could ever imagine and checked in with us often. We are returning this winter again for two months as a result

Excellent property. Staff present on grounds from security, maintenance, pool area tended to, cleaned and straightened daily. Reading negative comments from others on booking apps is upsetting to me because we have stayed here twice and have had a positive experience each time. Staff cares about their role and take pride in this property and it definitely shows. Highly recommend. We thought the pool closing early would have been frustrating but didnt even phase either of us and other guests respected this rule. The Sunmit is keeping guests safe and that is appreciated.

I do find the final payment process cumbersome. I wish that part was on-line like the initial reservation. I think the email goes out about a week before it's due and that's stressful to me because I always pay bills promptly.

It's so beautiful and we love the location. Also the housekeeping does a fantastic job! We did have an issue with the door code, the code I was given was incorrect. My husband called and we thankfully received a response right away with a different code.

condo was great ! It has everything you would need! stacia the owner was fantastic , always checking up on us during our stay . 5th floor was a plus & the washer & dryer comes in handy. Well definitely be back

"Everything was great with this condo. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location and it was perfect.Would recommend this condo to everyone and maybe someday we can come back. I also loved the fact that owner checked in with us to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything. To me that is great customer service most places you never hear from anyone."

Janet was very helpful and professional.

For starters, NO long walk to the beach. Step outside walk through a small fenced in yard and your on the beach. The house is spacious and clean. The pool was perfect for the grandkids and the fenced iyard was great for my two dogs. Overall our family agreed this was the perfect spot for us and we will be back year after year.

I only worked with one person but she was AMAZING! Kind, helpful, professional and quick to respond when contacted!

This property was beautiful, well maintained and in a great location. The ONLY drawback was it didnt have a washer/dryer, which is really tough with a beach trip (sand, wet clothes, etc). Highly recommend this home and rental property!

Sunrise on Millcole is conveniently located one block away from a beautiful white sand beach. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a one week stay. We look forward to our next visit!

They were all super friendly and made booking such an easy process they also provided any information we may have needed and made their self available to us!

The property was absolutely amazing! So clean and provide the basic necessities that you would need. It was also very clean and super comfortable!

Very pleasant! Answered all of my questions and was quick to update any changes.

Property was perfect, beautiful condo, 2 large pools, one heated, two hot tubs outside, one hot tub inside. Work out gym. Security on property. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Absolutely amazing space. This is my second time staying and will be back in the spring/summer. I enjoyed every part of my stay and loved being right on the beach. The space is clean, modern with the most comfortable furniture. I always feel as if Im home when I stay. Its the perfect get away.

The team was excellent to work with. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly with the information and/or maintenance needed.

We had a great time, there was plenty of room for everyone, and the house was a perfect spot to view the New Year's Eve fireworks.

Answered all my questions. Helped to add a day to our stay after we had already booked. Very helpful and put our mind at ease.
