Zen out in the Backyard Oasis! Welcome to our serene and tranquil zen beach house, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. This stunning home is designed to provide you with the ultimate relaxation experience, with its coastal modern decor, natural materials and soothing color palette.

The Crescent Beach House is situated on the direct street to beach access 12 only 2 blocks away, so you can stroll down with the provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart. 

After a day at the beach, fire up the grill, relax and unwind around the patio dining set with seating for 6 and enjoy a fresh Gulf seafood dinner. Soak in the private Hot Tub under a cabana with clear roof and enjoy the surrounding lush landscaping, or chill by the fire pit under the stars!

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living space that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The living room has plenty of cozy seating and blankets for movie nights or big game days. The master bedroom boasts a Posturepedic King mattress and a trundle bed with two Twin beds, & Smart TV. There's a Master en suite bathroom with pebble rock shower floors, large vanity to get ready for evenings out and iron/ironing board. The master also has french doors leading to the covered porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Slip into the ENO hammock while everyone else is still sleeping.

The split bedroom plan offers total privacy with the two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. The Seaside Queen Room has a comfy queen bedroom suite, Smart TV and connects to the 2nd bathroom.  The Surfer's Dream Room has two Full beds, a Cali Surf board & Smart TV. 

The Crescent Beach House is perfect for those looking for a place to relax in a Zen atmosphere where you will feel like you've escaped to your own private, quiet oasis. The screened porch is just off the living room and has comfy rockers to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. You may even find some organic raspberries, blueberries, or peaches ripe and ready to pick during your stay.

There's parking galore for up to 10 cars or trailers/boats/jet skis! This is one of those true old Florida beach homes, fully updated and cared for with love. The owner is a local native and set it up as if she would want her family to stay there. 

If you're looking for a unique stay with a music minded vibe, sit back and play some vinyls next to the piano. The owner loves music and wants her guests to feel the vibes by providing classic vinyls and a piano for enjoyment. You are sure to enjoy the Panama City Beach life type of vacation at this Crescent Beach House with Backyard Oasis! 

East Panama City Beach is home to the best local restaurants including Schooners Beachfront Restaurant, FINNS Barista & Island Style Grill, Patches Pub with the best wings and pizza, Capt. Anderson's Seafood Restaurant, JMichael's, and several others. A short walk to Busters and you’ll catch some of the best local bands live! Just within a mile drive you can rent pontoon boats and jet skis, or bring your own because the boat ramp is 2 blocks from the beach house! St. Andrews State Park is about a mile away. This is where the locals love to beach-go & hang out, and you will feel like a PCB local!
