It was beautiful so much room the outside was amazing for our fur babies we didn't have to worry about them with the fenced in area. It was just an wonderful relaxing weekend

Beautiful home very comfy and amazing

Everyone at Century21 Ryan Realty was great. I was greeted at the front door with smiles, they provided all the information I needed, & everyone knew who I was. It was a very pleasant experience.

The property was exactly as expected! The rooms were spacious & the spa/pool & backyard area was gorgeous!!

There was 5 adults and 1child in our group, and we were very comfortable and had a great stay experience . Any concerns were answered quickly and the people sent to fix any problems were very nice. The hot tub was amazing! Loved having the privacy of the fence, and it was great for my dog too. Highly recommend this place!

The best beach home that we have ever been to!

Very impressed with the property. There were a lot of amenities that were included and it felt like home. Really enjoyed the stay and cant wait to get back!!!!

We celebrated an adoption with our family at this beach house. Our kids still talk about the beach house and the spool! It was the perfect home in a perfect location with perfect amenities. The spool was a huge hit and was very relaxing at night! The golf cart was fun to drive around our kids on and sight see in the neighborhood. It was just two blocks from Rick Seltzer beach which was beautiful. There was a gift shop within walking distance of the house (which my kids loved too). We were minutes from all sorts of food options and entertainment options but we were tucked away far enough that we couldnt hear the rustle and bustle of the traffic on the main highway. It was a wonderful property. The house was clean and decorated super cute and we were able to cook in the kitchen some nights because of the added luxury of staying in a beach home with an equipped kitchen. I cannot say enough positive things about this house! We loved it and my kids are already asking when will be back at the beach house! Love, love, love! Thank you so much for allowing us such a great opportunity to be comfortable and have fun while our family celebrated an adoption from foster care! It was the first time our five adopted kids and three foster kids had ever seen the beach! It was a vacation they will never forget (nor will we)!!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our time at PCB for Ironman Florida! Just off the run course!

Can~Tina was so very comfortable and fully equipped. The home was very tastefully decorated and the location made getting around very easy. The home was super, super clean, which was very much appreciated.

The Can Tina Retreat was everything we could've asked for and more!! We spent most of our time here instead of going out. We brought our two dogs and our precious 3 month baby girl. The back yard was perfect for the fur babes and the complimentary golf cart made a perfect way to calm a fussy baby! We will definitely be back next year!!

When we were looking for places to stay in Panama City a friend recommended that we contact Century 21 Ryan Realty and we are so glad that we did. We were more than pleased with our choice. This place is so beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We were so close to everything but had privacy that you usually don't get when staying in a hotel or condo. We loved having the yard. The whole family enjoyed the spool and the sitting areas. The golf cart was a major plus. The staff at Century 21 Ryan Realty have been so helpful. We were needing an early check in due to a medical issue and Wendy helped us out and made it possible. We will definitely stay here again.

We cannot say enough about The CanTina. It is a clean, well-maintained home with everything that is needed for a memorable vacation. It is situated close to groceries, restaurants, and within blocks of the ocean. We were there for the month of February ...and would have loved to stay longer. We did find enough nice days that used the spool on several occasions. The fenced yard was handy and our dog Carson had a great time, he even got use to riding on the golf cart that was provided.

This property was the best. Me and my two sister's took the kids down for Spring break they loved the house. The area is prefect nothing was too far. Even tho I was fine with staying home sitting in the back yard which is amazing. It was 9 of us at this location and it was more than enough room 3 adults and 3 big kids and 3 toddlers. The house felt like home we didn't want to leave.

The property was very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with cups, plates, glasses and silverware. It was spacious and comfortable for all our quests. The huge outdoor Jacuzzi was an added bonus. It's location was also close to everything we wanted. I would recommend this spot to anyone who is thinking about going to panama city beach and I will definitely rent this place again

I stayed at this lovely beach house with my extended family of 9 the first week of May 2015 and LOVED it! The home is beautifully decorated, well kept and no details were overlooked. Kitchen is fully stocked, bedrooms are spacious and storage isn't lacking. All nine of us lived comfortably together in this house for an entire week and never felt stressed or cramped. The backyard is an oasis and the hot tub was a lifesaver on the nights we didn't want to go out, but didn't want to waste the perfect weather watching TV on the couch. Oddly enough, the clothesline was our favorite detail! It was great having a place to hang dry all our wet swimsuits, beach towels and water shoes. The house sits two blocks from the beachfront, so the golf cart was wonderful! We only had to use our cars when we were going further than a few miles, but the golf cart allowed us access to most everything we needed, including restaurants, liquor stores and even Dollar General. The home sits on the corner and there are currently no direct neighbors (lots to each side of the house do not have homes on them), so we had a lot of privacy and little noise. We had a few minor maintenance issues arise during our visit and maintenance showed up within hours of our call to make repairs. Fantastic! My only complaint, if you'd even call it that, was that extra toilet paper, hand soap and trash bags were not provided. We ran out of the one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper wrapped bar soap and two trash bags by day two and had to purchase new packages of all these things, which we ultimately left behind in the house for the next guest as we did not have room in our vehicles to bring it all back home with us. Bring these items with you when you stay! You can NOT pass up this deal! I would stay at this house again and again.

I rented this home, for the entire month of February, to share with my 87 year old mother, so that we could escape the bitter Michigan weather. We totally enjoyed our stay in this property. The two bedrooms we used were on opposite ends of the house, both with their own bathroom, which provided us with added privacy. My Irish Wolfhound loved the back yard that she could roam around in at leisure. We ate in most every evening and the kitchen was well stocked, with the necessary dishes and pans for successful meal preparation. The location was convenient to the whole of Panama City Beach and Panama City. The furniture including the beds, was comfortable and the decor was warm and inviting. My mother enjoyed the use of the golf cart to view the neighborhood and go to the beach. We would not hesitate to rent the property again should we come back to the area and it were available. Kudos to the owner and the property management company for making our stay pleasant.

We wanted to thank you for the wonderful time we had renting your property. From booking to check-out, we were very impressed with how helpful and responsive everyone was. The property was wonderful, very clean, and met all of our expectations. Our two children most enjoyed having the pool for winding down after the long days at the beach. This property had every amenity needed to make this a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. Our next trip to this area will definitely involve renting from you again. Thanks again
